The problem with Section 8 is you often get young single mothers, filthy tenants from hell, nightmare tenants, they don't own a vacuum, they have young kids, all with different last names, and entitlement issues, society owes them something, a landlord nightmare. You and I fund sinful lifestyles so Section 8 renters from hell can sit on their patios, smoke pot at 2 PM instead of looking for work. I have seen these landlord nightmares from other Section 8 bad tenants, other landlords. These bad tenants who are nightmare renters have their hands out, gimme attitudes, no appreciation of blessings given to them, these nightmare renters destroyed my house with no respect for rental property. Let's face it Section 8 renters destroy houses. Filthy renters from hell destroyed my house These filthy renters from hell let their criminal deadbeat boyfriends move in unbeknownst to you, which is a felony. These nightmare tenants start sub-renting to others, collecting rent while getting free rent from Section 8, every landlord's nightmare that became a reality for us as these bad renters from hell destroyed my house. These filthy renters trashed my house. No pride of ownership, bad tenants from hell don't maintain property, don't follow rules, don't change AC filters you provide them, my Section 8 Bad Tenants never paid their part of rent on time, you always have to go collect it and put up with lies. These nightmare tenants think so little of you that lying is no big deal. These bad tenants ruin and destroy Section 8 houses for rent. Theses bad tenants from Section 8 think they are smarter than you by lying. There are good Section 8 tenants who treat your place well, but good luck finding them, these filthy renters trashed my house. People yell at landlords like me as if it's our fault, instead of going after the bad tenants, adding to the landlord nightmare. Many condos no longer allow Section 8 renters they know they will be bad tenants from hell who destroy houses. I'm not saying all Section 8 renters destroy houses, many tenants are good. I've seen bad tenants trash my apartments, destroyed and unusable by filthy tenants from low income housing, they even broke tile floors! I personally know 3 other Section 8 families who rendered their units unusable. Every person I know who rented to Section 8 had their apartments destroyed trashed, or tile broken. How do you break tile floors? It's mind boggling when you survey the damage, these nightmare renters ruin houses for a living. I saw Section 8 renters destroy a house in 2 years, causing more damage than my house I live in for 25 years. If you rent to a Section 8 renter, you'll be crying back to me later these filthy bad renters trashed my house. So I am not basing this on just my 2 Section 8 rental apartments with my bad tenants, but a reasonable sampling of nightmare renters from hell. This is every landlord's nightmare, just filthy tenants. I am not a greedy landlord, I'm not a landlord from hell, this trashed apartment nightmare is my landlord nightmare. For those who want to call me bigoted, falsely claiming I am saying all Section 8 renters are bad, maybe YOU should rent to these bad renters. Watch these bad renters ruin your house. Combine that with a Section 8 agency who lies to you, promises retribution to bad renters who break the rules, but does not hold bad tenants accountable as bad as Broward County Schools Promise program. Section 8 is a program landlords want to steer clear of to avert landlord nightmare. This bad tenants problem will hit a breaking point and there won't be any Section 8 houses for nightmare tenants to rent. These nightmare renters destroyed my house. I don't mean normal rental property wear and tear, Section 8 renters from hell destroyed my house. It's simple, Section 8 renters from hell ruin houses. I complained to HUD Section 8; got runaround, passed buck to the point I was not able to lodge a formal complaint with HUD. Case workers offered no assistance never return my calls or emails.
